With over a decade of experience as a pilates and yoga instructor, Kelly is an osteopath who takes a holistic, movement-based approach to health and healing.
Kelly is interested in how the body functions and heals. She works with both acute and chronic conditions, focusing on the role of the nervous system in recovery and resilience and incorporates breathwork and mindful movement into her practice. In addition to musculoskeletal health, she has a particular interest in gastrointestinal and hormonal health. Her treatment plans are tailored to each person, considering individual needs, responses and the state of their nervous system.
Kelly uses hands-on techniques such as massage, myofascial release, joint mobilisation, dry needling, craniosacral, and visceral therapies. She provides practical tools, such as exercises and breathwork, to help patients continue their progress outside the clinic.
Kelly believes people should not just get by, but feel well physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Outside the clinic, Kelly enjoys travel, running international wellness retreats, hiking, running, pilates, yoga, surfing, cooking, and reading. She is always looking for new ways to grow both personally and professionally.
